You can also access the form from within the app: Settings → Contact. Device information will be automatically filled in for faster support.

📱 In-App Contact

You can easily contact us from within the MimiLoop app:

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap the Settings icon (⚙️) in the top left
  3. Tap “Contact”
  4. Choose your preferred contact method (Form or Email)

To help us assist you better, please include:

  • Issue description: Please describe in as much detail as possible
  • When it occurs: When, on which screen, and what actions led to the issue
  • Device information:
    • iOS version
    • Device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro)
    • App version (shown in Settings)

Opening the form from within the app (Settings → Contact) will automatically fill in this information.
